This workshop will increase participants' knowledge regarding needs assessment, training program design, training evaluation, training methods, and the characteristics of an effective mentoring program.

About Nik Nutting

Nik Nutting is an Assistant Professor of Business and Accounting at White Mountains Community College, where he also serves as chair of the business department. Nik was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, before his parents settled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire following his father’s retirement from the military. Prior to shifting his career focus to education, Nik was a quality and process engineering administrator at a small product design, development, and contract manufacturing company that specialized in precision injection molding. As a quality manager, Nik led the organization through the ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization) quality management system certification process.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Nik spending time with his family, brewing beer, hiking, kayaking and climbing the beautiful rock and ice faces of New Hampshire.
